Ginseng is very nutritious. He has vitamins A, E, B2, niacin, calcium, iron, potassium and ginsenosida. Since berkurun ginseng is considered as "ubat that lengthen life" and used to increase stamina. Referring to the crowded botanist, ginseng can promote endocrine, metabolism, the circulatory system and digestive system, boost immunity.

Ginseng may increase red blood cells that carry oxigen and white blood cells that prevent disease, alleviate pressure on the body, spirit and emotions. By improving immune function, ginseng can be recovered and prevent disease. There are also reports stating ginseng may prevent cancer.
